My stay at the hotel was quite nice. The rooms were very clean, although I had to ask for my sheets to be changed. The hotel was fairly large with nice views of the city. The service was suburb, especially for non-Spanish speaking guests. The location was one of the best things I experienced in Colombia, very close to Buenavista. However, the dining experience was not the best, with some issues in the quality. The facilities were okay.

The service was exceptional with a staff member who spoke fluent English, making our experience even better.
